Where we deliver

Home delivery is available from our Kochi store, subject to address confirmation and product availability. Send your area or PIN code on WhatsApp before placing an order. A delivery enquiry does not guarantee service to an address.

Delivery fees & minimum orders

The store will confirm any delivery charge and minimum-order requirement before you agree to the order. Catalogue prices and cart subtotals do not include an unconfirmed delivery charge.

Delivery timing

The available delivery time is agreed with the store after stock and your address are checked. No fixed delivery window is promised by this website. Contact the store for an update if an agreed delivery is delayed.

Preparing your order

Confirm the item, pack size, quantity and preferred preparation when ordering. Any proposed substitution or change in price should be agreed with you before the order is finalised.

Receiving frozen products

Arrange for someone to receive the order at the agreed address. Check the items and packaging on arrival, follow the supplied storage instructions and contact the store if anything appears wrong.

Address changes or missed delivery

Contact the store promptly if your address or availability changes. Redelivery arrangements and any associated charge must be confirmed with you; they are not automatically calculated by this website.
